The IoTaWatt stuff shop has discontinued building and selling IoTaWatt units and kits, but the project is ongoing and units are available from the following dealers:

CircuitIQ (Canada)

CircuitIQ is now manufacturing the latest V6.4 IoTaWatt using original tooling and manufacturing test equipment. They sell complete kits and individual components and will ship to the US and Australia.

Kermtstroomt (Belgium)

This dealer has been buying and installing IoTaWatt in and around Belgium for some years and have a web-store. At present shipping throughout Western Europe.
