The hardware is warranted against defects for one year. Should it fail, IoTaWatt, Inc will repair or replace it. Warranty of merchantability is also limited to one year. Contact us at [email protected].
Liability is limited to repair or replacement and will not exceed the original purchase price. IoTaWatt, Inc. will not be responsible for incidental loses.
The software is a free and open project available independent of IoTaWatt, Inc. It is loaded on new products for customer convenience and IoTaWatt, Inc facilitates dissemination of new releases. Customer are not obligated to upgrade and are provided with the means to suppress updates. Users enjoy the use of the software under the license described in the Github repository. There is no warranty of merchantability or suitability associated with the free firmware.
